Booking Procedure:

  • You have questions or would like to book a trip with soul-travels. Call us or write us an e-mail.
  • Upon receipt of your registration for a 12-day-tour we will send you a written confirmation. With this confirmation you will receive important information and details about your travel costs.
  • Customers with individual travel wishes and/or travel dates will receive a customised offer after having discussed their requests with us.
  • After reconfirmation you will receive the invoice from us.

Payment Terms:

  • With the invoice a prepayment (deposit) of 30% of the indicated travel costs will be due.
  • Thereafter you have the possibility to pay the remaining amount until latest one month before your travel date via e-banking or payment slip.

Travel Cancellation by the Customer:

  • All cancellations or travel changes need to be communicated in written form.
  • The cancellation is only effectual upon receipt of your written annulment.
  • For cancellations made before the below mentioned deadlines we will charge a cancellation fee
    of CHF 200.00 per person.
  • Cancellation fee 63 – 35 days before travel date: 30% of the total price
  • Cancellation fee 34 – 16 days before travel date: 50% of the total price
  • Cancellation fee 15 – 07 days before travel date: 80% of the total price
  • Cancellation fee 6 days or less before travel date: 100% of the total price

Cancellation through soul-travels

  • If soul-travels is forced to cancel a trip due to force majeure (political instability, strikes, disasters etc.) and resulting safety reasons, you of course will be reimbursed the amount you have already paid-up.

Flight to/from Marocco

  • The travel to/from Morocco is in the sole responsibility of the participant. The travel is excluded from your booking with soul-travels. We do not assume any responsibility for this part of your journey.

Entry Requirements:

  • To enter Morocco you need a passport which is valid at least 6 months beyond your departure date.

Insurance:

  • Any kind of insurance, like annulment, travel or luggage insurance, medical or accident insurance etc. is in the sole responsibility of the traveller. Please contact your insurance company.
